We are a Bangalore based Consultancy firm. We offer the

services. Here we help our clients in identifying their financial needs and there by we gather the requisite information for
identification and sourcing of funds.
We arrange the following loans. Viz. Loans
with collateral security, loans without any collateral security, loans for SME enterprises, Need based loans such as Rental
discounting, forfaiting, factoring, bill discounting etc., We also arrange project finance. These are medium to long term
loans and are arranged in such a way to suit the requirements of the client. Here again it could be either term loan or working
capital or combination of both.
We have special financial products for
all categories of borrowers, such as manufacturers, wholesaler’s, retailers, businessman and professionals etc. We in
the process prepare all the documents required for the loan and also liaise with the concerned lenders for speedy dispersal
of loan. We arrange SBLC or any other financial instruments to our client.

record and engaged in legal trade, manufacturing and service industries. The client should have minimum 3 years audited financial statements and
out of this last 2 years must have
been profit making companies. In case of
existing companies with diversification
plans, the track record of the parent company will be required.
Minimum funding in most cases will start
from Rs 100 Lks to amount as required for the project. In case of Private equity investors from abroad, the minimum equity capital
will be 3.5 Mn and max shall be 500 Mn. The promoters are required to bring in about 25% as their capital.
